HCRA: Advisory Council

At various times during its history HCRA has gained valuable advice about the Center's overall mission, as well as progress on specific scientific, training, and communications activities, from an external advisory group. We thank the members of these past groups for their many contributions and service to HCRA!

To continue this effort, during the 2006 - 2007 academic year HCRA will appoint a new Advisory Council comprised of roughly 12 individuals drawn from regulatory agencies, environmental groups, outside scholars, and interested corporations and foundations. We will ask Advisory Council members to serve for three-year terms, and to meet with us once or twice each year to help guide our plans and activities. We welcome suggestions about the structure and activities of the Advisory Council, and nomination of individuals who could bring valuable insights to our work. To discuss the Advisory Council or offer nominations for members, please contact HCRA's Executive Director, Mike Huguenin.
